The Eure's 25th Anniversary!
There's nothing like being married to your best friend for 25 years! I had the privilege of capturing a momentous occasion in the lives of some very special people. Mr. and Mrs. Eure are the parents of an amazing customer of mine, Katie. Every time I see them, they treat me like I'm another one of their daughters! Mrs. Eure always offers me something to drink or eat and after each session, we sit around the table and talk like we're family! So, to be asked by Katie to document such a milestone was an honor!
Mr. and Mrs. Eure, congratulations and may you be blessed with another 25+ years of marriage!
Scott and Roxanne tie the knot!
Thursday, Dec. 23, 2010 wasn't your typical Christmas Eve Eve! It was the day that Scott and Roxanne became husband and wife. I had the honor of capturing such an intimate ceremony! Knowing that it was just Scott, Roxanne, our pastor Jason, his wife Lora, their two friends Ken and Molly, and me, truly made it an extra special occasion! God also was there, right in the center! This ceremony reminded me a lot of my ceremony w/ my husband. It was very intimate...after all, it's not about the wedding, but the marriage! Roxanne, you were absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and Scott, your emotions and absolute focus on your future wife were so amazing to be a witness to! May God continue to bless you both and your marriage for many, many years to come!
Jessie is having a baby!
So, my really good friend Jessie is pregnant! She and I have been friends for many years, and I have waited for this day to come for her! She is married to her best friend and they live in Cape Cod, Mass.
We hadn't seen each other in a couple of years, so I was thrilled to find out a few months ago that she would be flown into N.C. for a surprise baby shower given by our friends and former co-workers at the gym where we all taught. It was my mission to take her out and do her maternity pictures! It was FREEZING (literally!), but Jessie braved the cold to get some super fun pictures! I'm so glad I was able to do these for her and be a part of the surprise shower! Thanks to everyone who helped get her here!
Jessie, I wish you all the best w/ the new baby! And, make sure you bring him down soon!
